Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU/CCU position in Oregon, requiring active OR licensure and critical care certifications.

Details

ICU/Critical Care Unit (CCU) setting within a hospital environment
Cares for patients experiencing complex, high-acuity, and high-risk conditions requiring intensive monitoring, assessments, and interventions
Night shift schedule: 1900–0730
Rotating weekend requirement
13-week contract

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand
Minimum 1 year of ICU/critical care nursing experience
Required certifications: BLS/BCLS (AHA Healthcare Provider level), ACLS, and NIHSS
Preferred certifications: PALS and TNCC
This facility is strict about meeting all posted requirements — candidates missing required certifications or experience will not be considered

Additional Information

Provides advanced nursing care including intensive monitoring, clinical assessments, and critical interventions for complex patient populations
COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position

Schedule was atrocious especially night shift. Significant amount of floating to the ER as helping hands or a sitter.
