Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift LDRP position requiring an active Oregon RN license and experience across the full spectrum of labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care.

Details

LDRP unit providing labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care in a family-centered environment
All staff are cross-trained in GYN surgical care
Patient population includes laboring patients, postpartum mothers, newborns, and high-risk neonates
Night shift schedule: 1900–0730 with rotating weekends
1 12-hour on-call shift required per pay period
13-week contract

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand
Current certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider level), ACLS (AHA), and NRP
Basic Fetal Monitoring skills required
Minimum 1 year of experience in LDRP nursing
Experience in Triage, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery required
STABLE certification preferred
Previous experience with high-risk neonate stabilization preferred

Additional Information

Provide comprehensive care across triage, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn settings
Works within a highly trained multidisciplinary team in a medically safe, family-centered environment

I loved it the hospital was small the patients were not much to handle and people were friendly.

Cons

Someone tried to walk into my hotel room while I was sleeping and had the do not disturb sign on the door. Very creepy.
