Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week Home Health contract, requiring at least 1 year of experience and active OR licensure.

Details

Care setting: Home Health, with travel to patients' homes for therapy sessions
Monday through Friday schedule with 8 or 10-hour shift options
Approximately 5 patient visits per 8-hour day, averaging 5 cases per day
Charting system: Netsmart (formerly Allscripts)
40 hours per week

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Active Oregon (OR) PT license required; license required if applicable
Current BLS certification required
Epic EMR familiarity is a plus; Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) is the primary charting system used
Must be a fast learner and self-starter with the ability to get up to speed quickly

Additional Information

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel to patient homes
Hospital managers conduct interviews for this position
Candidates with pets should be aware that housing arrangements may be more difficult to secure in this area
