Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week Home Health contract, requiring at least 1 year of experience and active OR licensure.
Details
- Care setting: Home Health, with travel to patients' homes for therapy sessions
- Monday through Friday schedule with 8 or 10-hour shift options
- Approximately 5 patient visits per 8-hour day, averaging 5 cases per day
- Charting system: Netsmart (formerly Allscripts)
- 40 hours per week
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Active Oregon (OR) PT license required; license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic EMR familiarity is a plus; Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) is the primary charting system used
- Must be a fast learner and self-starter with the ability to get up to speed quickly

- Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel to patient homes
