Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Acute Rehab position in Wisconsin, requiring at least 2 years of acute care experience and a minimum of 3 prior travel assignments.

Details

• Inpatient Acute Rehab Unit setting
• Day shift: 07:00–19:30
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• May be required to float within skill set to other units onsite or to facilities within a 40-mile radius

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 2 years of acute care or long-term care experience required
• Med/Surg (acute care) and inpatient rehab experience required
• At least 3 completed travel assignments (13-week contracts) required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Full DOB and full SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to inpatient acute rehabilitation patients
• Artificial or acrylic nails are not permitted; natural nails must be kept shorter than 1/4 inch
• Local candidates are accepted, but a radius rule applies — candidates living within a certain distance of the facility may be subject to a reduced pay rate
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required
