Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist at a Level I Trauma, Magnet teaching hospital, with experience in both Cath Lab and Angiography with scrubbing required.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting within a Cardiac Cath Lab unit
- Level I Trauma center and academic teaching hospital with 554 staffed beds
- Ideal candidates have experience in both Cath Lab and Angiography with scrub experience
- 4x12 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Call requirement of approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks
- Charting via Epic
- Floating within the site and across the health system is required — refusal to float as requested may result in contract cancellation
- Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
- Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT-R certifications required
- Oregon Medical Imaging (OBMI) state license required if applicable
- Experience in Cath Lab and Angiography, including scrubbing
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Additional Information
- Scrubs are provided for this role
- Free parking available in any unrestricted space on campus
- All assigned education modules must be completed within one week of starting the assignment
- Mandatory low-census cancellations may occur up to one shift per two-week pay period; cancellations must be communicated 1.5 hours before shift start
- COVID vaccination card required with no exemptions accepted
- At least one professional reference is required for consideration
