Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of recent acute care experience for a 13-week assignment at an inpatient hospital in Worcester, MA.

Details

Inpatient acute care hospital setting
Patient population includes orthopedic (total hip, knee, shoulder), elective spine and ankle, general medical, geriatric, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, general surgery, and colorectal surgery cases
Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 11:00–19:30
Weekend rotation of 1 every 4 weekends

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience required
Acute care experience required
Active MA PT license required; license required if applicable
Epic EMR experience preferred
2 professional references required for consideration, at least one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or higher
Must reside 200+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates

Additional Information

Candidate must have a clean professional license record with no prior disciplinary actions
Pass/fail EKG test required
