Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for an outpatient imaging center in Virginia, requiring at least 1 year of mammography experience and an active Virginia license.

Details

• Outpatient imaging center setting specializing in women's imaging
• 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday and Wednesday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Variable daily caseload
• Charting via Epic; experience preferred
• No floating within or to sister facilities required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of mammography experience required
• Active Virginia state license required at time of offer; pending or temporary licenses are not accepted — license required if applicable
• Current BLS, ARRT, and ARRT Advanced certification required
• Experience with screening, diagnostic, digital, and 3D mammography required
• Proficiency with PACS and outpatient imaging workflows required
• Experience with Hologic DBT and Hologic DEXA required
• Experience with GE, Siemens, Philips, and Samsung ultrasound systems preferred
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
