Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 2+ years of experience in C-arm and O-arm coverage for OR procedures at a Level I Trauma and teaching hospital in Ohio.

Details

• Inpatient and outpatient hospital setting within an OR environment at a Level I Trauma and academic teaching hospital
• Procedures include C-arm and O-arm coverage and X-ray for surgical interventions
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM
• On-call shifts required in addition to regular schedule

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, preferably in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital setting
• Valid ARRT registration and current BLS certification
• Proficiency with C-arm and O-arm systems
• Experience in OR, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• State license required if applicable

Additional Information

• Provide C-arm and O-arm imaging coverage for surgical procedures in the OR, collaborating closely with surgical and medical teams
• Responsible for maintaining equipment functionality and adhering to radiation safety protocols
• Previous employees may return to this facility without a mandatory break between assignments (except Sterile Processing Technologists, who require a 30-day break)
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
