Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring AHA-certified BLS and ACLS, with night shift hours and every other weekend requirement.

Details

Emergency Department unit in a hospital setting
Night shift hours: 19:15–06:45
36–48 hours per week
Every other weekend required
Holidays required when they fall on a regularly scheduled shift
13-week contract

Requirements

Active FL or compact RN license
Minimum 1 year of ED nursing experience
Required certifications (all AHA): BLS, ACLS
Preferred certifications: PALS (AHA), TNCC (renewed every 4 years), NIH Stroke Scale certification, CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (8-hour course, renewed every 2 years)
Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
Two professional references required
Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

Local candidates will be considered; however, a radius rule applies and may affect the pay rate depending on proximity to the facility
COVID vaccination is not required
