Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Burn/Wound Unit (Med/Surg) position requiring at least 2 years of Med/Surg experience and comfort with wound care.
Details
- Work in the Burn/Wound Unit of a hospital Med/Surg setting
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage required as needed
- Floating is rare; when required, it will be to another Med/Surg floor
- Epic EMR used
Requirements
- Active RN license (Maryland or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
- Comfort and experience working with wounds required
- Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) required
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- One professional reference required for consideration
