Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a travel Oncology Case Manager position at an outpatient clinic in Portland, OR, requiring active OR RN licensure and oncology experience.

Details

• Outpatient clinic oncology setting with no bedside patient care
• Role focuses on oncology case management, including phone triage, email response, care coordination, and patient education
• Ideal candidates will have experience as an Oncology Infusion Nurse, Oncology Case Manager, or in an Advice and Triage capacity
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour days (0800–1700), with no weekends or holidays
• 40 hours per week
• EMR: Epic
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Oregon RN license (or active WA RN or Compact license) required
• Current BLS certification required
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted
• Oncology nursing experience required (infusion, case management, or advice/triage)
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to emails, coordinating patient care, and providing patient education
• Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the same rate as travel candidates
• Candidates who have previously worked at this health system may not exceed two cumulative years of contingent work without a 90-day break in assignment
