Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience and OASIS proficiency for a 13-week home health assignment.

Home health setting
Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
No call required
Local candidates are welcome to apply

Requirements

Current PT license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required
Proficiency in OASIS documentation required
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
