Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a Level III NICU position in Apple Valley, CA, requiring at least 2 years of experience and an active CA RN license.

Details

• Level III NICU in an acute care hospital with approximately 190 births per month
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM–6:30 AM)
• Every other weekend required, with potential for additional weekend shifts based on unit needs
• 13-week contract
• No floating to other units within this assignment
• No on-call required
• Epic EMR — experience required
• Free on-site parking available

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of total RN experience, with at least 1 year in NICU
• Current certifications required: BLS, NRP, and PALS
• Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required for RN staff
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate — contact your recruiter for details
• Former permanent staff of this facility must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• All RTO must be submitted at the time of application — requests made after submission or offer may be denied
