Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Post/Antepartum position at a prestigious Boston-area hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of OB inpatient experience and an active MA RN license.
Details
- Post/Antepartum unit within an inpatient hospital setting
- Patient population includes postpartum and antepartum patients
- Schedule is 3x12-hour shifts with day/night rotation
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- Shift cadence and rotation details to be discussed with the hiring manager upon interview
- Epic EMR system used
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending MA licenses are not accepted
- Minimum 2 years of OB inpatient experience (L&D or antepartum) required
- Current BLS certification required; must be AHA-certified
- NRP certification preferred (AHA accepted)
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Active MA license must be in hand at the time of consideration

- Provides nursing care to postpartum and antepartum patients in an inpatient hospital setting
- Time and attendance managed through UKG/Kronos
- No validated parking available at Boston locations; public transportation and public parking lots are available (daily parking rates approximately $17–$22)
