Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Wichita, KS, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED experience and a KS or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in a high-volume Emergency Department
- High proportion of behavioral health patients in the patient mix
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active KS RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of ED nursing experience required
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
- Preferred certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, CPI/MOAB High Risk
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
Additional Information
- Ceiling blue scrubs required
- CPI/MOAB High-Risk on-site training to be completed during orientation
- Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be eligible for a reduced pay rate only
