Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience and strong IV skills for a night shift position at an acute care hospital in Fairfax, VA.

Details

Inpatient, ED, and outpatient MRI setting
4 MRI units: 2 x 3T and 2 x 1.5T scanners (GE equipment)
Average volume of 70 cases per day
Monday–Friday night shifts, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (8-hour shifts)
40 hours per week
No on-call requirement
Holidays are worked into the schedule
Epic Radiant EMR — experience required

Requirements

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required)
ARRT-MRI certification required
Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
Strong IV skills required
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Orientation consists of 1 week on day shift prior to transitioning to the night shift schedule
All black scrubs are required
