Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Step-Down Unit position requiring Epic experience and EKG telemetry competency, with night shift availability every other weekend and holiday.

Details

Step-Down Unit in an acute care hospital setting
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
Travelers are first to float at the facility's discretion, within a specialty cluster; float assignments will be medically appropriate or in a support role, including to the High Risk Respiratory/COVID unit
Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Current BLS certification required
Prior Step-Down or Telemetry nursing experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Must be able to pass an online EKG/Telemetry competency assessment prior to starting the assignment
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

Must successfully complete an online EKG telemetry competency assessment before the assignment begins
Travelers are not eligible for facility employee incentive programs
13-week contract with up to 2 shifts subject to cancellation due to low census
