Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Staff RN role at a nationally recognized Critical Access Hospital, covering both the Emergency Department and Med/Surg unit on a rotating day/night schedule.

Details

Critical Access Hospital setting, recently recognized as a Top 20 Critical Access Hospital nationally
Covers both the Emergency Department and Med/Surg unit
Med/Surg sub-specialties include adult, mother/baby, orthopedic, and pediatrics
12-hour shifts on a rotating day and night schedule
Weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage required, with every third weekend worked
Holiday coverage based on rotation
13-week contract

Requirements

Active Iowa (IA) or Compact RN license required
Experience in critical access hospital, emergency room, and/or med/surg nursing required

Additional Information

On-call is not expected but may be required on an as-needed basis
DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
