Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an OB Float Pool position requiring both Antenatal and Postpartum experience, an active MA RN license, and AHA-certified credentials.

Details

  • Float pool position within a hospital's Children's and Women's Network (CWN), with deployment to Antenatal or Postpartum units based on census needs
  • 13-week contract
  • Schedule is 3x12-hour shifts, rotating every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
  • Epic used for charting
  • Timekeeping system: UKG/Kronos

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted; both NURSYS and BON verification required
  • Minimum 2 years of OB clinical experience required, with proficiency in both Antenatal and Postpartum care
  • All certifications must be AHA-issued
  • Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted
  • 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Candidates must be prepared to float between Antenatal and Postpartum environments as needed
  • Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the Boston facility are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
  • No validated parking is available at Boston locations; public transportation is recommended, and public parking rates range from $17–$22 per day
  • Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of application
