Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in San Antonio, TX, requiring at least 1 year of recent OR experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Surgical/OR department in a hospital setting
Day shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
13-week contract

Requirements

Active TX or compact RN license required
Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
Minimum 1 year of recent OR/surgical nursing experience required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
One professional reference required

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
No first-time travelers — recent, relevant OR experience is required
