Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a PA or compact RN license, with rotating shifts and a first-timer-friendly environment.

Details

Medical Surgical unit, with rotation to a second unit as needed
Rotating day and night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00–19:00 or 19:00–7:00)
Every other weekend required
13-week contract

Requirements

Active PA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

Additional Information

Every other holiday coverage required
First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
