Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in California, requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of OR experience.

Details

Operating Room setting in a hospital environment
Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
13-week contract

Requirements

Active CA RN license required
Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required
Epic EMR experience required
At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
RTO is minimal — a few days may be approved, but significant time-off requests are discouraged
All RTO and scheduling requests must be disclosed at the time of submission; post-offer requests may be denied
