Description
American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with RDCS (AE) certification and 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract in Sacramento, CA.
Details
- Both inpatient and outpatient cardiac sonography setting
- Adult and pediatric patient population (experience with both highly preferred)
- Day shifts on a 4x10 schedule, with start times of either 6:30 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Rotating weekends once a month (Saturday and Sunday)
- Potential need for call shifts from 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Requirements
- RDCS (Adult Echocardiography) certification required; ARDMS (Pediatric Echocardiography) certification preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- California state license required if applicable
- Experience with both adult and pediatric populations highly preferred
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
- Previous employees of this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved during the contract
- 2 supervisor references from within the past two years are required for consideration
- Copies of all certifications are required for consideration
