Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract in an acute therapy services setting in Guthrie, OK.

Details

• Acute Therapy Services unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
• Active PT license required at the time of consideration (license required if applicable)
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless documented renewal is scheduled
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
• No gaps in employment of 90 or more days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a reduced bill rate and are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this location; after completing 3 consecutive contracts, a minimum 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the 50-mile radius is required
