Description
American Traveler is hiring a Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Technologist with at least 1 year of maternal fetal experience and ARDMS OB/GYN certification for a 13-week travel assignment in Raleigh, NC.
Details
- Outpatient perinatal/maternal fetal ultrasound setting
- Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Sonographers scan 7–10 patients per day, performing a mix of OB exam types with occasional GYN scans
- GE ultrasound equipment is used in this setting
- Monday–Friday day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; no weekends or on-call required
- 13-week contract with bi-weekly orientation sessions
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Maternal Fetal ultrasound experience required
- ARDMS OB/GYN certification and BLS required — all certifications must be in hand at time of consideration
- Compact or NC license required if applicable
- 1 supervisory professional reference from within the last year required
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- 2 years of experience highly preferred
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates within 75 miles of the facility are accepted, though a lower pay rate applies beyond that radius
- Flu vaccine is required between October 31 and March 31, with no exemptions accepted
- Interviews are conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams
