Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring a BSN, Point Click Care (PCC) experience, and night shift availability with every other weekend and holiday coverage.

Details

Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 46 beds
Patient population includes residents with dementia/memory loss, wound care needs, IV therapy, and rehabilitation therapy
Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:46 with a Medication Aide on staff
EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)
Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
Every other weekend required
Every other holiday required
No on-call or call-back responsibilities

Requirements

Active ND or Compact RN license required
BSN required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Point Click Care (PCC) experience required
LTC/SNF experience strongly applicable given patient population and setting

Additional Information

13-week contract
Location-specific orientation is provided
Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are subject to local pay rates
Responsibilities include managing a diverse LTC population with dementia care, wound care, and IV therapy
