Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT) with 2+ years of experience for an outpatient position requiring flexibility to cover inpatient PT as needed in a small community setting in New Hampshire.

Details

• Primarily outpatient physical therapy setting with occasional inpatient PT coverage as needed
• Treats a full range of diagnoses typically seen in outpatient clinics
• CPSI EMR experience is highly preferred
• Located in a small community without public transportation

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required; new graduates will not be considered
• Minimum 2 years of current PT experience required
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program required
• Previous rehab experience required
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with PTAs preferred
• Active AHA BLS certification required
• New Hampshire PT license or compact license required; license required if applicable
• Vermont state license required; facility will pend upon offer and candidate must apply within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Must have personal vehicle; no public transportation is available in the area
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Skills checklist pertinent to Physical Therapy, current within 1 year, required for consideration

• Flexibility to work across outpatient and inpatient PT settings is essential
• Previous travel experience is strongly preferred, suggesting familiarity with adapting quickly to new environments
• All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application; no scheduling requests will be approved after an offer is extended
• Maximum of 5 days of RTO may be requested
• NPI and updated CAQH will be required after start
