Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment in an imaging department, requiring 2 years of sonography experience and Epic EMR familiarity.
Details
- Imaging department within an outpatient surgery center setting
- Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Epic EMR used for charting; training available during orientation or candidates may test out
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Ultrasound/Sonography experience
- Active and applicable state license required if applicable
- BLS certification required (AHA accepted only)
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
- A 13-week break is required before returning travelers may begin a new contract at this facility
- Blocked scheduling is not permitted
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to submission
- Coverage for a minimum of 2 major holidays is required
- First-time travelers will be considered provided they meet the experience requirement
