Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for an outpatient position at a small hospital in Perry, OK.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy setting within a small hospital
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- 13-week contract
- Uses Quick EMR for documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required; DPT preferred
- Current Oklahoma PT license required (license required if applicable)
- Active BLS certification required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- PDF copies of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration
