Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for an Operating Room Coordinator position requiring prior travel experience and an active MA RN license.
Details
- Work setting is a hospital Operating Room unit
- Schedule consists of 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), 4 days per week
- On-call required as needed
- Holiday coverage required as needed
- Rotating weekends required as needed
- Epic EMR experience required
- No on-call ratio specified; on-call is as-needed basis
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required; NURSYS verification report showing all licenses (past and present) required for consideration
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum 1+ year of OR nursing experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
- Epic EMR experience required
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
- 2 recent Manager/Supervisor references in matching specialty required for consideration
- Valid driver's license with address matching demographics required for consideration
Additional Information
- Orientation is conducted on a bi-weekly schedule
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable
- RTO must be submitted at the time of consideration; no more than 5 days of RTO will be approved
- Block scheduling is not permitted
- Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are eligible to apply; a local pay rate will apply for those within the radius
