Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Inpatient Comprehensive Rehab position at a Boston-area hospital, requiring an active MA RN license and AHA BLS certification.
Details
- 30-bed inpatient comprehensive rehab unit with all private rooms
- Adult rehabilitation patient population with diagnoses including limb loss, organ transplant, total joints/fractures, heart failure, and elective spine surgery
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week (three 12-hour shifts); 48 hours per week (four 12-hour shifts) also available
- Every other weekend required
- Charting via Epic EMR
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- BLS certification required — must be AHA only
- Primary source verification of RN license required (both NURSYS and BON)
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions
Additional Information
- Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and will be offered a reduced pay rate
- No validated parking is available at Boston locations; public parking lots are available at daily rates, and public transportation is recommended
- Time and attendance managed via UKG/Kronos
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
