Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience and proficiency in OASIS documentation.

Details

Home health setting
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience required
Proficiency in OASIS documentation required
Current PT license required if applicable
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

Business casual attire or solid color scrubs are acceptable
