Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position in Atlanta, GA, requiring a minimum of 18 months of CVICU experience and an active GA or Compact RN license.
Details
- Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) setting within a large academic health system in Atlanta, GA
- Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 18 months of CVICU experience required
- BLS certification required (at minimum; additional cardiac certifications may be required based on unit standards)
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
- Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a minimum separation of 18 months is required
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days
- Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and RTO requests must be spread out — consecutive days around holidays will not be approved
