Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position in Austin, TX, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience and a TX or compact RN license.
Details
- Works in a high-acuity Cardiac Cath Lab unit
- Patient population includes heart failure and high-acuity cardiac cases
- Procedures include left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), RHC with endomyocardial biopsy (EMBX), TAVR, structural heart procedures, peripheral interventions, and pulmonary embolism (PE) cases
- Day shift: 06:45–15:30
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications, both must be AHA-issued
- Minimum 4 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid Driver's License required for consideration
- US Social Security Number and a US home address required
Additional Information
- COVID vaccination is not required for this position
- Local candidates are accepted; however, a radius rule applies and may affect the travel pay rate
- Full SSN and full date of birth (DOB) are required for consideration
