Requirements

Active South Carolina PT license required prior to assignment start (compact license is not sufficient for this state)
SSN required for consideration
1 professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

Candidates who have previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year to be eligible as a traveler
