Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist with ARRT (R)(MRI) certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience for an evening shift position in a hospital radiology department.

Details

• Hospital-based Radiology-MRI department
• Patient population includes adult ER, inpatient, and outpatient cases
• 1:1 patient-to-technologist ratio
• Cardiac MRI and Functional MRI experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• 8-hour evening shifts, Monday through Friday with varying start times between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM
• 32 hours per week
• Every third weekend rotation required
• Holiday rotation required
• On-call rotation required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
• ARRT (R)(MRI) advanced certification required
• Active state license required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel experience highly preferred

Additional Information

• Orientation is held every other Friday unless otherwise posted
• Candidates must be available to work mandatory overtime on an as-needed basis as part of the unit's standard rotation
• Local candidates within 75 miles are accepted
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of consideration; requests of more than 3 days are subject to manager approval
