Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CCU position at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility, requiring strong LTAC skills including tracheostomy, ventilator, and drip management.

Details

• Position is located within a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital CCU unit
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Patient ratios can be 1:5–6, consistent with an LTAC care setting
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Local candidates are welcome to apply under the same terms as travel candidates
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license — Missouri (MO) or Compact license currently in hand required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent and strong LTAC nursing experience required
• Proficiency with tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilators, and IV drip management required
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
