Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist with at least 6 months of recent MRI experience for a weekend-only contract position at a hospital-based MRI unit in Miami, FL.

Details

  • Hospital-based MRI department
  • Weekend-only schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of MRI experience within the last 6 months
  • Active ARRT (MRI) certification required
  • Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required; certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
  • Florida state license required if applicable
  • Two professional references required for this Florida-based position
  • US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible for this position

I worked in the Respiratory department. The Respiratory manager Alex was a fantastic woman. She does all the on boarding education and she’s your number one person to call for any clinical information scheduling information. She was fantastic.

They need to upgrade their RT equipment and their charting system
