Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry (Cardiac) position on a night shift schedule requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Details

• Night shift position on a cardiac Med/Surg Telemetry unit (6 North)
• Shift hours: 19:00–07:00
• 13-week contract
• Meditech EMR in use (experience not required)

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required — no pending or temporary licenses accepted
• No hits (past or current) on RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references from within the last year required for consideration
• License verification via Nursys required for consideration

• Cardiac-focused Med/Surg Telemetry unit caring for cardiac patient populations
• A Cardiac Exam will be required as part of the onboarding process after an offer is accepted
• No HealthStream modules required prior to start — competency-based modules are completed during virtual orientation
