Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring a minimum of 3 years of OR experience, with on-call responsibilities and a day shift schedule of four 10-hour days.

Details

• Perioperative services setting within a hospital environment
• Day shift schedule: four 10-hour days, approximately 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change)
• On-call responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required, must be unrestricted and currently in hand
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 3 years of OR/perioperative experience required
• Recent experience in OR specialty within the last 3 months required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Specialty credentials preferred (e.g., CNOR, PANAC, or AAOPU for Outpatient)
• Must have a clean, unrestricted license with no prior disciplinary actions
• Two supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Provide DOB, full SSN, address, and middle name for consideration

Additional Information

• Reports to the Director of Perioperative Services
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days for this assignment
• All employment gaps of one month or longer must be documented and explained in work history
