Description
American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an outpatient imaging center in Atlanta, GA.
Details
- Outpatient imaging center setting in Atlanta, GA
- Department performs mammography, breast procedures, MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, Nuclear Medicine, and arthrograms
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No on-call required
- EMR systems include Cerner, GE PACS, and STAR Financials
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography
- Current AHA BLS required
- ARRT (Mammography) certification required
- License required if applicable
- Driver's License required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- Perform mammography and breast procedures in a multi-modality outpatient imaging environment
- All RTO requests must be submitted prior to offer acceptance — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being eligible
- AHA certifications must be current and not expired
