Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience, prior travel experience, and an active Massachusetts RN license.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3 shifts per week
- Block scheduling is not permitted
- No on-call requirements
- Must work every other major holiday
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license required; NURSYS verification report showing all licenses (past and present) must reflect an active current or conditional MA RN license
- Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
- Acute care experience required
- Charge nurse capability highly preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- 2 recent professional references from L&D Charge RNs, Managers, or Supervisors required
- Valid driver's license with address matching demographics on file required
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
Additional Information
- Candidates will be interviewed by the Clinical IVS team
- Orientation is conducted on a bi-weekly schedule
- RTO must be submitted at time of consideration; RTO cannot be guaranteed after confirmation
- Maximum of 5 days of RTO allowed for the contract
- Any color scrubs are accepted
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible to apply; a local pay rate will apply for those within this radius
