Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a high-acuity PCU/Stepdown Intermediate Care position requiring a FL or compact RN license and night shift availability.

Details

• High-acuity 30-bed PCU/Stepdown Intermediate Care unit in a hospital setting
• Complex patient population including post open heart surgery, post-TAVR, post-pacemaker, drip titrations, chest tubes, and BiPAP patients
• Night shift: 18:45–07:15
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract; 36–48 hour weekly contracts accepted

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Current ACLS certification (AHA) required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Full SSN and full date of birth required for consideration

• Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
