Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at an acute care facility in the Cleveland, OH area, requiring a minimum of 18 months of permanent IR experience.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit at a large acute care health system in the Akron/Cleveland, OH area
• 2x10-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Interventional Radiology
• Active BLS required
• Ohio state license required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• Compact licenses accepted
• One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty required for consideration
• No open background case or license hits will be accepted
• Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Local candidates are accepted
• All RTO requests must be disclosed prior to or at the time of the interview
• Candidates who have previously worked at a Cleveland Clinic facility as a permanent or per diem employee must wait 1 year from their end date before being eligible
• An ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation; candidates have a maximum of 2 attempts to achieve a passing score
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract; candidates must also pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date
• This position is subject to a nicotine-free facility policy; as this role is not a nurse or CST position, candidates must be nicotine-free and provide a negative 10-panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen completed within the past 12 months, updated annually
• Caregivers with facial hair must have an approved medical or religious exemption to use a PAPR as an alternative
• Pre-start and annual facility modules are required and completed via Silkroad
