Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week night shift travel assignment requiring Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience and TNCC certification.

Details

• Emergency Department (ER) setting at an academic medical center
• Night shift schedule, 7p–7a (4x12-hour shifts)
• 36 or 48 hours available per week
• Weekends required; scheduled days will vary based on staffing needs
• Every other holiday required
• Block scheduling is not available for this assignment
• Epic EMR experience required
• Floating may be required based on clinical experience

Requirements

• Active VA or Compact RN license required; pending VA license will be accepted at time of consideration
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• TNCC required; pending TNCC accepted at time of consideration but must be in hand before start
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
• At least 1 year of Level 1 trauma experience, or 2 years of Level 2 trauma experience required
• Some pediatric ER experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Driver's license and Social Security card copies required for consideration
