Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position in Alabama, requiring ACLS and BLS certifications with drip proficiency and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Details
- Hospital-based Med/Surg Tele unit
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- Patient ratios of up to 1:6-7
- Proficiency in drips required, including Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone
- Night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with block scheduling available in 3x12 or 4x12 formats based on traveler preference
Requirements
- Active AL RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Proficiency with cardiac drips (Cardizem, Tridil, Amiodarone) required
- Must reside more than 90 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of Driver's License and Social Security card required for consideration
