Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Inpatient Rehab RN for a 13-week night shift contract in Rio Rancho, NM, with first-time travelers welcome to apply.

Details

• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting — not a nursing home or LTAC
• All patients are acute inpatient rehab on a single unit
• Typical patient length of stay is approximately 14 days
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Charting system: Cerner
• No floating between units required

Requirements

• Active NM or Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of consideration
• Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience required
• Inpatient hospital or inpatient rehab setting experience required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• ACLS certification preferred; required if serving in a Charge Nurse role
• Must be able to fill in as Charge Nurse as needed
