Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 18 months of permanent MS/Tele experience and recent Epic proficiency.

Details

• Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Contract length of 13–18 weeks, with candidate's preferred length confirmed at time of consideration
• Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license currently in hand
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent (non-travel) Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required prior to any travel experience
• Recent Epic EMR experience required (within the last 6 months)
• One recent professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or Charge RN in the same specialty required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; a passing score on both is required
• Travelers are required to work at least every other holiday
• After 18 consecutive months at any Cleveland Clinic location, a minimum 6-month gap is required before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic facility
