Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel OB/GYN Ultrasound Technologist with RDMS (ABD & OB/GYN) certification and 1+ year of experience for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Swampscott, MA.

Details

• Outpatient OB/GYN office setting located in an off-site office park in Swampscott, MA
• Single ultrasound room within a radiology suite
• Patient population is outpatient with a 1:1 clinician-to-patient ratio
• Procedures include OB scanning (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester exams), GYN exams, and transvaginal exams
• EMR: Epic
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 AM–3:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• No floating or rotating shifts required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience required
• RDMS certification in Abdominal (ABD) and OB/GYN required
• OB credentialing required with demonstrated proficiency in OB and transvaginal scanning
• Active MA license required; conditional or pending MA licenses are not accepted — license required if applicable
• AHA-only certifications accepted
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Perform OB and GYN ultrasound exams including first, second, and third trimester scans and transvaginal imaging in an outpatient office environment
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible to apply
• Time-keeping is completed via UKG/Kronos
• Parking is not validated at Boston-area locations; public parking rates range from $17–$22 per day — costs may apply at this location as well
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
